Long-standing bald spot on the head.
Clinical diagnosis: scar, fibrous histiocytoma.
Histological diagnosis (tentative): Angiosarcoma. Points to ponder: Children very
rarely have angiosarcoma of the skin. Besides, these bizarre cells are negative for all
endothelial markers but positive for EMA (not shown).
