71-y-o female. Symmetrical, rapidly
(12 months) grown, smooth-surfaced reddish tumor over right temple.
Clinical diagnosis: Carcinoma.
Macroscopically and in scanning magnification symmetrical, sharply circumscribed exophytic
tumor with flat bottom.

Note: Many bizarre cells without any significant immunophenotype. These cells
are mitotically active (MPM2/ anti-topoisomerase 2 alpha).
Many polyclonal plasma cells. Noteworthy: KiM1p overexpressed but CD68 (PGM-1) rather
inconspicuous.
