Solitary Nodule
in Patient with B-CLL (in Remission)
69-y-o male with known
B-CLL (presently in remission). Solitary nodule over right shoulder.
Clinical diagnosis: "Lymphoma, pseudolymphoma, dermatofibroma".
Immunophenotype: Co-expression of CD43 and CD20. Conspicuous CD30+
blasts.
Molecular pathology: B-cell clonality (IgH)
Question: Lymphomatoid papulosis? Specific leukemic infiltrate of B-CLL?
