Malignant endovascular papillary angioendothelioma (MEPA), eponymically known as Dabska's tumor. This is a low-grade vascular tumor ("hemangioendothelioma") mostly seen in young children. Typical is the combination of a lymphangioma-like tumor with protuberant papillae and hobnail endothelia and PAS positive collagenous cores covered by hobnail endothelia.
